NoFeeNest is a free, Craigslist-style aggregator of no-broker-fee, by-owner rental listings across 9 US cities. It crawls public sources daily, flags obvious scams, and links each listing to its original post. It is not a broker or landlord and never handles payments.
Listings are marked no-fee when they are owner-posted with no broker commission, or when the text explicitly says so. Rooms and sublets default to no-fee since they are almost always owner-posted. Ambiguous listings are not labeled no-fee. Always confirm with the poster before committing.
NoFeeNest currently covers 9 US metros with about 2,000 no-fee listings, including New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, San Francisco Bay Area, Boston, Seattle, San Diego, Houston and Orlando.
Listings are re-crawled every day, and anything older than 30 days is automatically removed, so the directory stays current.
Listings are aggregated automatically from public rental sources. NoFeeNest does not create listings; each one links back to its original public post where contact happens.
Yes. There is no account, no subscription, and no fee for renters. The site is supported by optional affiliate links to services renters use after they find a place.
Open a listing and use the 'View original post & contact' button — contact happens on the original source site. NoFeeNest never relays messages or handles money.
Yes. Each city has a long-term rentals channel and a short-term & sublets channel.
Listings are auto-flagged with a caution or likely-scam badge using heuristics such as prices far below the local median, scam phrasing, or off-platform payment requests. NoFeeNest verifies nothing — never wire money or pay a deposit before touring in person.
